BASIC BALLETBOX INFORMATION

How Does BalletBox Work?

It’s simple. You choose one of our ballet subscriptions, and then we ship you a box with all of the monthly supplies your ballerina needs. See? Easy peasy. 

Is There a Fee to Join?

Nope. Not a single fee to join. You only pay for what we ship you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your package is shipped and delivered on the same day each month. We even send you email notifications letting you know it’s on the way.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel anytime, for any reason in just a few clicks. We hope you’ll stay with us, but we don’t make it hard for you to leave.

How Do You Choose What Goes in the Box?

BalletBox is carefully curated by a former San Francisco Ballet dancer. Every product is carefully tested and is what we believe you need on a monthly basis.  

Can We Add Additional Products?

If you run out of supplies before your monthly package comes in, just let us know and we can upgrade your subscription with additional products.
